Last week, out of 31,000 people who got books from the site - 8 people gave donations. These books can take me from 2 to 10 hours to create. I want to keep them free, but need some support to be able to do so. If you can, please make a small donation (the average is £2.50). If you prefer to donate using bitcoin, go here.

This is a letter written by Oscar Wilde during his imprisonment in Reading Gaol, to Lord Alfred Douglas. During its first half Wilde recounts their previous relationship and extravagant lifestyle which eventually led to Wilde's conviction and imprisonment for gross indecency. In the second half, Wilde charts his spiritual development in prison and identification with Jesus Christ. Wilde wrote the letter between January and March 1897, close to the end of his imprisonment.
I've been running Global Grey for almost 8 yrs.
