If you are having a problem with a book, please state which one, and what the problem is.

Note: I am a human being just like you. If you are emailing me, and asking me to do something for you, be polite about it. Don't just send an email with nothing but a subject, or use language like 'put this book up', or 'I want this book', with no other words in the email - if you do, I will ignore it, because I find it incredibly rude and entitled.

If your email is sent between 5am – 6.30pm GMT, you should usually get an answer within a couple of hours. See what time it currently is where I am. I answer every single message I get so if you don’t get a reply within a day, please check to make sure my email hasn’t ended up in your trash or spam folder.
