The Oz books are a series of books that began with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (1900) and ended with Glinda of Oz (1920). They relate the history of the land of Oz; with L. Frank Baum being the conduit to whom characters like Dorothy and Glinda told their stories to, over the wireless telegraph. To further this illusion, Baum styled himself as 'the Royal Historian of Oz'. There are 14 books in the Oz series, all of which are available here.
