The Rosicrucian Cosmo-Conception is a book by Max Heindel, first published in 1909. It presents an esoteric outline of the cosmos and of human evolution from a Rosicrucian/Christian-mystical perspective, combining metaphysical cosmology with practical guidance for spiritual development. Heindel sets out the constitution of the human being (physical and subtle bodies), the process of death and rebirth, and a staged roadmap of involution and spiritual evolution intended to help the sincere student understand and work with latent spiritual powers. Written as a systematic treatise rather than a devotional text, the work draws on astrology, alchemy, Theosophical ideas and Christian symbolism to argue for a reconciling view of science and religion. It became the founding text for the Rosicrucian Fellowship and is often regarded as Max Heindel’s magnum opus — a comprehensive handbook for those studying Western esoteric Christianity and early 20th-century occult cosmology.
