Heu-Heu

Heu-Heu is a novel by English writer H. Rider Haggard, first published in 1924. Part of the Allan Quatermain series, the story follows our hero Allan and his sidekick as they go on a mission for the Zulu wizard Zikali to bring back some leaves from the rare Tree of Illusions, and to find out what is behind the mystery of Heu-Heu, a twelve-foot red-bearded semi-gorilla god who is rumoured to exist.
