£60 - Buy Now

Payment is taken in pounds sterling (GBP) only. The US dollar amount is an approximate guide and will vary with the exchange rate; your bank or card provider converts it when you pay. Customers in the EU pay VAT on top of the £60, calculated at checkout.

Three folders, one purchase

You get the whole library in all three formats. Most people only need one, so download the format that suits your device and leave the rest, or take all three.

  • PDF

    4.1GB

Opens on practically any computer, tablet or phone. This is by far the largest folder, so please read the note on file sizes below.

  • EPUB

    1.11GB

The standard ebook format, supported by most e-readers and reading apps, including Kobo and Apple Books.

  • AZW3

    1.3GB

Made for Kindle devices and Kindle apps.

Each folder is a zip file. Inside, every book is a single file named author-name_book-name, so books by the same author sit together and the whole collection is easy to browse or search, with no sorting or renaming needed.

Why buy the collection?

Every book on Global Grey remains free to download from this site, one at a time, and that isn't changing. If you only want a handful of titles, you don't need this. The collection is for anyone who would rather not click through 1,758 books: one purchase, three downloads, and the whole library is on your device.

At £60, that works out at about 3.4p a book. For comparison, the cheapest paid Kindle books on Amazon.co.uk start at around 78p each, which would put a library this size at well over £1,300.

It isn't only the famous names, either. Alongside the classics there are plenty of harder-to-find books that are difficult to track down elsewhere, spread across 23 categories: occult and esoteric teachings, religion and mysticism, folklore and mythology, history, philosophy, self-help and New Thought, and fiction in every flavour, from adventure, mystery and horror to fantasy, sci-fi and children's literature. Every ebook has been formatted by me, and you can see the full list at the bottom of this page.

Buying the collection also helps keep Global Grey running and the books free for everyone else.

Free updates, for as long as the site is up

Your purchase includes free updates. Each time I have around 30 new books ready, I'll put them together in an update folder and email you a link plus a discount code that makes it free. Use the link, enter the code at checkout, and the download is available straight away, with a receipt emailed afterwards, just like your original purchase.

I can't promise when each update will arrive, because it depends on how quickly I can get new books finished, but they will keep coming for as long as the site remains online. You don't need to watch the Recently Added page or check for anything yourself: I'll email you each time. (If an email doesn't show up, it's worth checking your spam folder.)

Seen new books on the site that aren't in your collection?

Don't worry. New books go onto the website one by one, and I only bundle them into an update folder once I have about 30. So if I add 4 new books today and you buy the collection tomorrow, those 4 haven't been missed. They'll be in the next update you receive, along with the rest.

Update folders hold the new books in all formats together, along with a simple text file listing the category each book belongs to.

How downloading works

  1. Click the buy button and pay through Payhip's secure checkout.
  2. Your downloads are available instantly, straight after payment.
  3. Payhip also emails you a receipt containing your download link. Keep that email, as it's your way back to the files.
  4. Each file can be downloaded 5 times. If you reach that limit, or anything goes wrong, contact me and I'll send you a new link.

Please read: these are big files

The PDF folder is 4.1GB. That's a very large download, so it's worth setting yourself up for it:

  • Use a steady connection: wired or strong Wi-Fi rather than mobile data or a patchy signal.
  • Keep your device awake and the browser tab open until the download has finished.
  • Leave plenty of free space. You'll need room for the zip file and the unzipped books, so roughly double the folder size.
  • If your computer's built-in unzip tool struggles with the PDF folder, free tools such as 7-Zip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac) handle large zip files well.
  • If a file seems corrupted or won't open, the cause is almost always that the download was interrupted at some point, usually a dropped connection or a device that went to sleep. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the files themselves. Download it again on a steadier connection, and if you use up your downloads doing so, get in touch and I'll send a fresh link.
  • The EPUB (1.11GB) and AZW3 (1.3GB) folders are far smaller, so they're much easier on a slow connection.

Every book in the collection

These are the 1,758 books in the main collection, listed by category. Update folders add more on top of these.
