Description

Ethan Frome is a 1911 book by American author Edith Wharton. It is set in the fictitious town of Starkfield, Massachusetts. It's a haunting tale of a man who, unhappy with his wife, falls in love with his wife's cousin. As the story progresses, the two get closer and it's clear that she feels the same way. However, in an ironic twist of fate, Ethan eventually gets what he wanted, but not at all in the way that he wanted it.

This book has 99 pages in the PDF version, and was originally published in 1911.
