Last week, out of 31,000 people who got books from the site - 8 people gave donations. These books can take me from 2 to 10 hours to create. I want to keep them free, but need some support to be able to do so. If you can, please make a small donation (the average is £2.50). If you prefer to donate using bitcoin, go here.
Don't want to donate? You can also support the site by buying a collection, such as the Civilisations one, with 100 ebooks for only £7.00
Anthropologists George A. Dorsey and Alfred L. Kroeber joined forces to record and preserve the rich cultural traditions of the Arapaho Indians, long split into two bands. Dorsey had done fieldwork with the Southern Arapaho after they moved from Colorado to Oklahoma and would soon be known for his study of their Sun Dance. Kroeber had visited the Northern Arapaho, who were still living in Wyoming. Traditions of the Arapaho, first published in 1903, is the result of their collaboration.
I've been running Global Grey for almost 8 yrs.
